Protecting Your Data and Privacy
We wholeheartedly value your privacy rights. There are a few ways that we receive information about you. First, we receive your name and email address when you email us from the ‘Contact’ page, or by emailing us directly at the email address noted above. We hold onto those details, in our inbox, unless and until you request their deletion. You can request their deletion at any time by writing us at support@jeffbrown.co.

Minors are not permitted to share any personal information with us that can identify them, such as their name and email address. Minors are not permitted to contact us, sign up for our newsletter, or pay for a download course.

Second, we receive your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter. Our newsletter includes marketing and promotional information, as well as various details about what is transpiring with Jeff Brown’s work. Please be aware that we do not share our newsletter list with any other companies or individuals. When you sign up for our newsletter, you are sent a confirmation from our Email Service Provider- Constant Contact. Please keep that confirmation email and use it to remove yourself from our list if you wish to at any time. If you would like us to remove you from our list, and/or to provide you with details as to what information we are holding about you, feel free to email us directly at support@jeffbrown.co and we will attend to your request at the first available opportunity.

The other ways that we receive information about you, is when you (a) purchase a download course from the website and/or (b) pre-pay for a private session with Jeff Brown.

With respect to (a) and (b), purchase information (and their related Paypal notifications) are retained by us for the purposes of taxation. We don’t have any time limits on how long these records are kept but they can be deleted from our emails upon request. FYI, we do not receive or hold your credit card information, or any financial details about you.

With respect to (a) above, your download details (name, email address) are also held at E-junkie- our download link provider. If you want those details removed from the records, you can contact them (www.ejunkie.com), or contact us to make the request.

With respect to (b) above, any correspondence between you and Jeff Brown that pertains to your session(s) is retained by him. This enables him to re-connect with your personal details, if you book a subsequent session. If you want those details deleted, contact Jeff at jeff@jeffbrown.co and he will do so at the first available opportunity.

If you are a member of the European Union (EU) and wish to launch a complaint about the way in which we handle your personal information, you have a right to do so. Your complaint should be made to the supervisory authority in the EU country in which you are resident.

In addition, we use “cookies” on this website for Google Analytics, Youtube video embeds, and a few third-party plugins that use them to keep the website running faster upon revisiting. This is a very standard practice that supports our efforts to provide a functional experience for site visitors.
